Oh man...9 months

9 months old. Yep it's happening. You are fast approaching your first birthday and there isn't a darn thing I can do about it. Every day I drink you in a little more and hope that morning won't come as fast as it did the day before. That way maybe you'll stay itty bitty just a *little* bit longer. But alas, the morning comes and you are another day older.

Although I miss the itty bitty newborn that you were, I truly cherish the happy baby you've become. I wouldn't want to trade your smiles and squeals for anything.


Your smile is contagious and even when I'm tired and being run ragged by you 4 little hoodlums, I can't help but laugh and smile right along with you. Thank you Haylie for being the cherry on top of our wonderful family.
