So here's a quick rundown of our life the past couple of weeks.
I am compiling a slideshow for 80 or so 6th graders to show the last day of school. Can we say MASSIVE project?
I am putting together a little surprise for our retiring Kinder teacher. That reminds me, I have to pick up a rose bush. Better put that on the list for tomorrow. But that means another project, not massive, but big.
McKenzie turned 12. yes, I said 12. And she's excited about it. Can you tell?
For her birthday, McKenzie got tickets to Glee LIVE. Yep, because her mom (as in me) rocks. She took her bestie PJ, the big little sister and well, I got to go too. They needed a ride. ;)
And Delanie was super excited!

Haylie claps. She thinks that's pretty awesome.

She also crawls - stay tuned for a picture of that. She's a master crawler.
Aubrie is well...Aubrie. She thinks that getting muddy is fun. Very fun.

I made a cake. It was yummy. And colorful.

We had a party. I did not take one picture. Not one.
Matt is embarking on a project of all projects. More on that later.
My purse was stolen by some jackass. Kicker is - there was nothing in it. Really, all they got was a really nice purse. What a punk.
I am looking forward to summer break. And so are the kids. Especially Delanie - she really does not like getting up to go to school in the morning. Someone takes after her father when it comes to mornings. ;)
Swimming will be in our future. And there will be lots of it. Loooooooots.
I am sure there's more. Lots more. But all I really care about is that come Friday, things will be a lot less craaaaaaaaaaaazy. I hope.
